2014 Caprice PPV low miles

I got this vehicle in March of 2023 with 66k miles on it. The motor was replaced by Chevrolet with a brand new 6.0L V8 when the vehicle had 52,751 miles on it. It was replaced while still in service. The invoice for motor replacement is in the pictures. I got the vehicle in March of 2023. It was black from the factory, black and white while in service, and I had it painted Nardo Grey. This Caprice now has 74,651 miles on it, so the new motor only has about 22k miles on it! New paint, new window tint, new rims and tires, new speakers and amps. The subwoofers in the trunk have 1,000 watts and the other speakers have 500 watts going to them. I have put about 8k miles on this car since I got it. I never registered it in my name as I just used it as a company vehicle and kept it parked under my carport or in my garage most of the time, putting the 8k miles on it in about the 4 years since I've had it. I have the original title that shows it had 2 miles on it when it was purchased brand new by the Department it served. Clean title in hand. Runs and drives excellent with absolutely no known mechanical issues whatsoever. Idle hours don't matter because it only had 14k miles on the motor when I got it and it never has sat and idled since I owned it and put the 8k miles on it, so it virtually has close to zero idle hours on the motor. I put seat covers over the front seats. The seats have no tears in them, I just liked the way they looked so I got a set after seeing someone else put these on their Caprice. New console. Selling it to downsize my collection and focus on developing my property.
